By using the site, joining the waitlist, or submitting a founding client application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are independent of Apple

Ads on Maps is an independent service operated by Little Tough LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Apple Maps, and Apple Business are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are not an authorized Apple representative or reseller. Any product images on this site belong to Apple and are used to illustrate Apple's product, not ours.

What this site is

This site explains how advertising on Apple Maps works and lets you join a waitlist or apply to work with us. It is information and marketing. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any advertising result.

Accuracy of product information

Everything we publish about ads on Apple Maps is drawn from Apple's own published materials and is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the effective date above. Apple controls its product, its pricing, its eligibility rules, and its promotional credits, and Apple can change any of them at any time without telling us. Always confirm the current rules with Apple before you make a spending decision. Apple's launch credits are Apple's offer on Apple's terms, and we do not control who qualifies.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you setup guides, benchmarks, and product updates. It does not create a contract, does not reserve a place in any product, and does not guarantee any pricing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Founding client applications

Submitting an application is a request, not an agreement. We may accept or decline any application for any lawful reason. If we work together, a separate written agreement will govern that work, including scope, fees, and responsibilities. Nothing on this site sets a price or commits either of us to anything.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information when you fill in a form.
• Only submit an email address you are entitled to use.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• You remain responsible for your own compliance with Apple's advertising policies and with the law in your market.

Our content

The text, design, wordmark, and code of this site belong to Little Tough LLC. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for your own commercial use without our permission. Apple's materials remain Apple's property and are subject to Apple's terms.

We link to Apple and to other third party pages for reference. We do not control those pages and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

No warranty

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Tough LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
